Time to go see the owls! I would have gone over Friday evening but I heard some people had organized an Owl Earth Day. Sounded like there were gonna be lots of people around, so I stayed home!
That was a good call as I heard there were over 50 people near the nest. Now it's Saturday evening and there are two other people at the nest besides me.....perfect!

It took awhile to find Sky. Friday morning she was to the left of the nest and very high up. I looked and looked and finally found her to the right of the nest in a similar spot where previous owlets have hung out. I had to cross the green pipe to get this pic and it was well worth it as momma Cher was in a perfect spot for a pic!
As I was taking pics of Sky, the wind came up so strong! Little Sky hung on with those strong talons of hers!
I wanted to cross back over the green pipe because Cher had flown to the island. But it was so windy I had to wait a few minutes until it was safe to cross without getting blown into the creek.

It was so nice to have the owls to myself and few friends that stopped by.........
